PMHScribe Releases AI Charting Software

New platform launches in partnership with FastTrack CEO

Winston-Salem, July 14th, 2025: PMHScribe recently launched an automated note-taking and charting technology with FastTrack CEO. Allison Sikorsky founded PMHScribe in the Greater Chicago area to streamline psychiatric documentation for practitioners and patients. FastTrack CEO began development of the software in 2024. It is now live and being applied to clinical workflows.

PMHSribe captures audio during sessions with patients and converts it to fully formatted chart notes. The process is encoded to ensure safety and discretion for the client. Medical professionals can then input the information into an electronic database.

The software solves the inefficiency that is associated with psychiatric documentation. It can often be time-consuming for the practitioner, resulting in a wait for the patient. Users of PMHScribe can avoid risk fines and increase the time focused on more productive tasks.

FastTrack CEO is a consulting service that offers expertise in software development, marketing and startups. They specifically provided technical assistance to Allison Sikorsky. The PMHScribe software is now live and being fine-tuned as the customer base grows.

PMHScribe’s creator, Allison Sikorsky, has run a telepsychiatry service called At Your Service Psychiatry since 2018. Before then, she worked as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at multiple facilities in the Greater Chicago area. She achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science at National Louis University in 2004, and continued her education at Rush University. She finished her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2020.
