When mental health nurse practitioner Allison Sikorsky came to me with a bold vision, she had a powerful idea—but like many founders, she needed help turning that idea into a focused, actionable plan.
Her concept was ambitious: to create a platform that would reduce documentation burnout for mental health professionals using AI. My role was to help her shape that vision into something we could build, test, and scale.
We started by narrowing the scope: what if we focused first on creating a simple, powerful AI scribe that could automatically generate SOAP notes from therapy sessions? That became the foundation of PMHScribe.com.
Over the past two years, we’ve built and refined the product—an AI-powered SaaS tool designed specifically for behavioral health providers. By combining secure transcription, natural language processing, and clinical documentation best practices, PMHScribe allows practitioners to spend less time typing and more time focusing on their patients.
In early 2025, we soft-launched the platform. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Clinicians report saving hours each week, improving note quality, and feeling less overwhelmed by paperwork. We’re now gaining customers organically, with new users joining each month as word spreads.
With a solid foundation and clear market validation, we’re entering the next phase: raising capital to scale operations, accelerate development, and grow our user base. PMHScribe is on track to become a category-defining solution for mental health professionals.
This is the kind of work I love—helping visionary founders like Allison go from idea to impact, one smart, fast execution step at a time.
